Meet Caroline Bernardon, MS, RDN, CSCS

Hi, I’m Caroline – A registered dietitian with a background in dance, where I struggled with under-fueling, poor recovery nutrition, and inadequate cross-training. That experience isn’t unique. Many women don’t get the nutrition support their training or daily life demands.

With a desire to better understand how health and fitness improve when we focus on eating well, not eating less, I went on to earn my Master of Science in Nutrition & Exercise Physiology from Columbia University. Once I found my passion for bridging nutrition for fitness with an empowered relationship with food, I founded my virtual practice, Wellness with Care, where I take a whole-person approach to nutrition coaching.
