Meet Caroline Bernardon, MS, RDN, CSCS

Hi, I’m Caroline – a registered dietitian with a background in dance, where I struggled with under-fueling and poor recovery nutrition, leaving me without the energy and support I needed. 

That experience isn’t unique. Many people aren’t given the nutrition support their training, or their everyday lives, actually demand.

I went on to earn my Master of Science in Nutrition & Exercise Physiology, driven by a simple idea: health improves when we focus on eating well, not by eating less. Now, through my virtual practice, Wellness with Care, I take a whole-person approach to nutrition coaching.
