Meet Caroline Bernardon, MS, RDN, CSCS

I realized early on in my dance training that nutrition wasn’t just a missing piece – it was deeply misunderstood. Like many driven athletes, I knew how to work hard and stay disciplined, but not how to fuel my body in a way that truly supported performance, recovery, and long-term health.

Navigating injuries and burnout throughout my training sparked my passion for understanding how food fuels performance and how athletic culture can quietly damage our relationship with eating and our bodies.

After earning a BFA in Dance Performance and Choreography, I completed my MS in Nutrition & Exercise Physiology at Columbia University. I went on to earn my title as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Strength & Conditioning Specialist, and yoga instructor. My expertise in both nutrition and movement allows me to support the body as a whole – not as a set of numbers.

I created Wellness with Care to support active women in fueling with confidence, feeling stronger, and experiencing true food freedom without overwhelm. As an Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed practitioner, I blend evidence-based nutrition with a client-centered approach, so food supports your goals instead of competing with them.
