Meet Caroline Bernardon, MS, RDN, CSCS

I realized early on in my dance training that nutrition wasn’t just a missing piece – it was deeply misunderstood. Like many driven athletes, I knew how to work hard and stay disciplined, but not how to fuel my body in a way that truly supported performance, recovery, and long-term health.

After earning a BFA in Dance Performance and Choreography, I completed my MS in Nutrition & Exercise Physiology at Columbia University. I went on to become a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Strength & Conditioning Specialist, and yoga instructor. My expertise in both nutrition and movement allows me to support the body as a whole – not as a set of numbers.

I created Wellness with Care to support clients in fueling with confidence, feeling stronger, and experiencing true food freedom without overwhelm. As an Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed practitioner, I blend evidence-based nutrition with a client-centered approach, so food supports your goals instead of competing with them.
